The route

The reader never has to guess which is which.
A coded unit with a source span, a coder, a codebook version and an agreement level. It can be wrong, and it says how it could be shown wrong.
What a code means for the chain, written as one sentence and attached to the unit as an event — with its reason and its author.
What ought to follow. Never produced by a frequency, a model or a simulation; always signed.
In Mexico the economic register of belonging was re-inscribed in 1992 by moving control of the inscription from the community to the individual — a substantive change under the re-inscription rule, not a formal amendment.
Each id opens the unit's fused record: mapping, revisions as events, audit trail. Illustrative values until the companion's first release.
The book
